Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL 32714
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Join a fast-paced, patient-focused pharmacy team in a specialized outpatient setting. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations under the guidance of two PharmDs. This is a full-time, weekday-only role with no nights or weekends.

Requirements:
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 2 years of sterile compounding experience (externship experience not accepted)
• Previous experience in a hospital or oncology pharmacy setting is required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing sterile IV antibiotic medications according to USP guidelines
• Support setup and maintenance of cleanroom, equipment, and sterile compounding supplies
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
• Maintain inventory and rotate stock to ensure quality and compliance
• Follow all pharmacy standards, protocols, and quality control measures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Complete tasks assigned by supervising pharmacists
