Position: Lead Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Evening Shift Monday–Friday
Full-time | On-site
What You’ll Do
• Lead and support a growing team of ~10 pharmacy staff
• Manage daily operations and help the department meet key goals
• Coach, mentor, and support team performance
• Assist with hiring and performance evaluations
• Monitor workflow and operational metrics
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on leadership
• Stay engaged through rounding and cross-functional collaboration
All You Need
• Active Clinical Pharmacist license (required)
• Inpatient hospital experience or PGY1/PGY2 residency
• Proven leadership or management in pharmacy or healthcare
• Strong clinical judgment, team communication, and evidence-based decision-making
• Pediatric dosing and therapy management experience highly preferred
